At Welstell, every painting is created with patience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Unlike mass-produced wall art, each artwork is individually handcrafted by artists. From the first brushstroke to the final quality inspection, we carefully prepare every piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully at your home.
Because every painting is made by hand, production and delivery require time. We believe meaningful artwork is worth the wait.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively to the United States.
Order Processing Time (Artwork Creation)
All Welstell paintings are handmade after your order is placed.
- Handling / Processing Time: 5–9 business days (includes artwork creation, drying time, and quality inspection).
Please note that handmade artwork may require additional time during peak seasons due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience while our artists carefully create your unique piece.
Shipping Options, Transit Times & Costs
Once your artwork is fully crafted, we offer the following shipping options to the United States:
- Free Shipping: $0.00 | Transit Time: 10–16 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $29.99 (Free on orders $500.00 and up) | Transit Time: 6–12 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (5–9 business days) + Shipping Transit Time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped to the United States include taxes and duties in the final price. You will not be charged any unexpected extra fees or customs duties upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your artwork has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment. You can use the tracking number to follow your artwork's journey.
Safe Packaging
Protecting Your Artwork From Studio To Home
Every painting is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transportation. Our packaging process includes:
- Protective wrapping to prevent scratches and surface damage
- Secure reinforcement to protect the canvas structure
- Carefully sealed packaging for international transportation
Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
Once your order has entered the production or shipping process, we may not be able to modify the delivery address. If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Unexpected Delays: While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions or carrier issues. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@welstell.com.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: We carefully package every artwork, but if your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund.
